“Llamau’s Family Mediation service is a free service for 14-24-year-olds in NPT, it gives families the opportunity and time to talk through the problems that are causing tensions at home. The mediation worker will first meet with each person individually and make a personalised action plan for your family. Your mediation worker is impartial and will not judge, take sides, or tell you what to do, but instead provide support to you and your family to understand each other’s opinions and differences in a friendly and safe environment.”
