Who we are and what we do?

A support service for young people across NPT,  provide a safe space for young carers to escape their responsibilities. We provide young carers awareness sessions and assist schools and organsations to enhance their support for young carers. 

A weekley club Monday from 17:00-19:00 and transport  can be provided for the first 12 weeks subject to availability.
